INTERCEPT INTERVIEWERS
Intercept interviewers directly gather detailed experience and brand perception information from customers as they exit a brick and mortar business, such as a retail store, restaurant, bank, etc. Companies use the survey results to understand how to continually improve experiences for their customers.
MYSTERY SHOPPERS
Mystery shoppers pose as customers in order to evaluate the quality of customer service they receive. They perform specific tasks (in-store, online and/or by phone), such as purchasing a product or posing a specific scenario, and then providing detailed experience insights allowing an organization/brand to drive effective change within their business.
